Two-Year Workmanship Guarantee

Scope of Guarantee

We guarantee that all workmanship performed during your remodeling project will be free from defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of project completion. This guarantee covers the following services:

Tile work and caulking

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover defects or damages caused by:

Client Responsibilities

To maintain the validity of this guarantee, clients must:

Promptly report any workmanship issues within 30 days of discovery
Provide reasonable access for inspections and repairs
Maintain proper care and upkeep of the remodeled areas

Claim Process

If you notice an issue covered under this guarantee, follow these steps:

Report the Issue: Contact Diamond Bath, LLC within 30 days of discovering the defect.
Inspection: We will schedule an inspection to determine if the issue is covered.
Repair: If the defect is covered, we will perform the necessary repairs at no additional cost.

Limitations of Liability

Diamond Bath, LLC’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to the property, loss of use, or related costs.

Transferability

This guarantee is transferable to new homeowners if the home is sold within the guarantee period. We must be notified in writing of the transfer within 30 days of the sale.
