In the midst of our "Spa-Like Bathroom" design trend that so many homeowners are pursuing, one hot topic that seems to immediately cause debate is the desire for his and hers sinks in the master bathroom. Many Illinois clients we've worked with have given up significant floor, counter top and cabinet space and increased the renovation costs dramatically in order to provide plumbing for this double sink trend. But weeks after the novelty of dual sinks wears off, how frequently are homeowners actually getting ready at the exact same time?
